  3. Rhodium Polishing Change: If you wish to change the rhodium plating of your jewelry beyond the complimentary service, we offer this option at a minimal charge. This allows you to customize the look of your jewellery to better suit your preferences.

  4. Colour Alteration of Main Stone: Subject to availability, we offer the service of altering the color of the main stone in your jewellery. This provides you with the opportunity to refresh the look of your piece while retaining its overall design and appeal.

  5. Please note that our repair services require time and attention to detail. Skilled craftsmen at our workshop dedicate a minimum of 30 working days to ensure the best results. Urgent repair requests cannot be accommodated.

For a smooth process, please ensure you have the purchase bill accessible when contacting us for repairs, rhodium polishing, or other after-sale needs.

*To avail our free or chargeable repair services, kindly note that customers are required to directly send the respective goods to us. We are unable to facilitate pick-up services for repair products. Once the repairs are completed successfully, we will dispatch the product back to you at no additional cost.
