SHIPPING POLICY:

At ARZO Couture Jewels, we aim to provide our customers with a joyful shopping experience. We understand the gravity of timely delivery. We prioritise both the earliest dispatch of orders received by us and hassle-free doorstep delivery. Our goal is to dispatch ready-to-ship products within 24-48 hours, with the exception of sale or offer periods. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and are subject to third-party shipping partners. Once the orders are dispatched, all the relevant shipping details are shared with the buyers of the said orders. For further assistance on status of your order or delivery, reach out to our customer support and we shall assist you best.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (India)

Ready to Ship Products

  • Dispatch Time: Within 24–48 working hours.

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 working days

  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping across India only for orders placed in India and to be delivered within India.

  • Mode of Shipping: We ship by air only through trusted and fast delivery partners like SkyKing, DTDC, etc. For Tier 3 or Tier 4 cities where there is no or limited flight connectivity, surface shipping may be used.

Customized / Out-of-Stock Products
  • Processing Time: 20–30 working days

  • Dispatch Time: Within 24–48 working hours after the product is ready

  • Delivery Time: 5–10 working days post-dispatch

  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping across India only for orders placed in India and to be delivered within India.

  • Mode of Shipping: We ship by air only through trusted and fast delivery partners like SkyKing, DTDC, Bluedart etc. For Tier 3 or Tier 4 cities where there is no or limited flight connectivity, surface shipping may be used.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Ready to Ship Products

  • Dispatch Time: Within 48–72 working hours

  • Delivery Time: 10–25 working days (depending on destination country)

  • Shipping Charges: Applicable on all international orders. Charges depend on your country and address. The exact amount will be shared via email or WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation and will be added to the total bill value.

Please note: Shipping charges must be borne by the buyer and must be cleared at the time of order finalization. The order will be considered confirmed only after full payment, including shipping charges, is received.

  • Mode of Shipping: Shipments are released via most reliable air courier services like FEDEX, DHL, ARAMEX ETC.


Customized / Out-of-Stock Products

  • Processing Time: 25–45 working days

  • Dispatch Time: Within 48–72 working hours after the product is ready

  • Delivery Time: 10–25 working days post-dispatch

  • Shipping Charges: Applicable on all international orders. Charges depend on your country and address. The exact amount will be shared via email or WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation and will be added to the total bill value.

NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY:

  • Pertaining to the nature of jewellery, its usage and jewellery products we sell, we strictly DO NOT ALLOW ANY FORM OF EXCHANGE for any order once shipped, dispatched and delivered to the buyer of the said product. 

  • NO RETURNS are accepted for goods once sold, shipped, dispatched and delivered to the buyer of the said product. 

  • NO REFUNDS in cash, kind or credit note will be made against goods once sold, shipped, dispatched and delivered to the buyer of the said product. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:


Orders once placed and released via shipments cannot be cancelled and no refunds in any form shall be entertained by us. 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India): We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders placed and delivered within India.

2. International Shipping: We ship worldwide (to most countries) and offer the fastest and most reliable shipping options available. Shipping charges for international orders are applicable. These charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and shipping method, and will be communicated to the customer via WhatsApp or email before finalizing the order. The confirmed shipping cost will be added to the total invoice. Please note, the order will only be considered final once the complete payment, including shipping charges, is processed and confirmed by the customer.

Kindly note we do not input any additional charges over and above the charges as quoted by our third-party shipping vendors.

TAXES & DUTIES:

  • For Domestic orders (to be delivered within India) Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. Will be added to your order at checkout. The break up is shown at the time of checkout.

  • For International Orders we only charge shipping amount as charged from us by third party shipping vendors. The Product prices are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable to pay for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 

We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges, please contact your local customs office.

IMPORTANT INFO 1: We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company-caused delay delivery time or any other uncalled & unwanted situation. For any kind of assistance on same we request that customer contact us & notify us immediately for us to look into the matter and get the order delivered. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.


  1. IMPORTANT INFO 2: When placing an order, please note that order cut-off times are just guidelines and that delays can occur due to payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are also just a guide and starts from the dispatch date. For international orders. customs clearance processes at the destination can cause delays as well. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be redirected.


  1. IMPORTANT INFO 3: When you receive a delivery from ARZO Couture Jewels, we require a signature to confirm that you have received your purchased goods. At this point, the responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you have arranged for someone else to receive the delivery, then a signature from them is also accepted as evidence of delivery and fulfilment. However, for some deliveries, a porch or door delivery without signature may be done, in line with international shipping standards. In this case, we do not necessarily require a signature, but you still accept responsibility for the goods once they are delivered. 


QUALITY CHECK, PACKAGING AND HYGINE POLICY:

At ARZO COUTURE JEWELS we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our clients. We have a strict quality check policy in place that ensures that all products are inspected at three levels before they are shipped to our clients. Our team checks for defects, damages, and ensures that the product is packed in righteous condition properly. In the unlikely event that a client receives a product that does not meet our quality standards, we have a SPECIAL CASE POLICY in place to address any issues. 

We follow strict hygiene protocols in packaging process to ensure that our products are safe & clean for our clients to use. We also use high-quality packaging materials to ensure that our products are not damaged during transit. 

We take great care pleasure in packaging our products to ensure that they are delivered to our clients in pristine condition. Our packaging includes the following –

    1. A cardboard box for the respective product sold.

    2. A satin pouch.

    3. A pair of extra push buttons for earrings.

    4. A pair of plastic push buttons for earrings.

    5. A care card, and discount/offer vouchers if any. 

We ensure that all of these packaging materials meet our quality standards and are free from any defects or damages.

TRANSIT INSURANCE POLICY:

We understand that during transit, there may be risks such as pilferage, damage, theft, or other unforeseen issues. To safeguard our customers and their purchases, we have an insurance policy in place that covers all shipments sent to our clients.

Every order placed with us is insured from dispatch until final delivery. This means that if a product is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, the customer is fully covered and will be eligible for a replacement or refund, as per our policy.

We also partner with reliable shipping providers known for their secure and timely delivery, so our clients can have peace of mind knowing their products are in safe hands throughout the shipping process.

FAULTY & DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED:

If the product you receive is faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately and record a video while opening the package. This helps us assess the condition of the item accurately and process your request efficiently.

We consider products as faulty only if they are received in a damaged condition. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not classified as faulty.

  • If you wish to exchange a faulty item, we will replace it with the same product, subject to availability.

  • Our team provides free returns for broken items within the 14-day exchange period.

We will either:

  • Arrange a pickup (you will be required to pack the item securely), or

  • You may return the item via courier at your own cost within 7 days.

Please note:

  • Ownership of goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. We are not liable for any damage after the item has been delivered.

  • We are also not responsible for any damage caused due to mishandling or any other external factors, especially considering the delicate nature of our products.


DISCOUNTS & OFFERS:

We love to reward our clients with sales, discounts, and special offers from time to time. These are designed to help our clients save money on their purchases and to show our appreciation for their loyalty. We release them through email, social media, and our website.

  • To take advantage of discounts and offers, clients must follow the instructions provided.

  • We cannot guarantee that your screen will display the colours with full accuracy.

REPAIRS:

We have carved out an amazing repair policy for our loyal customers. If you need to have your jewels—purchased from ARZO Couture Jewels—repaired, please feel free to contact us via email or reach out on WhatsApp at +91 8910471922.

  • We offer repairs for jewellery purchased directly from us within 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • We do not accept repairs or any kind of exchanges for products bought from any other brand.

  • Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where the item was originally bought.

  • Please note that in some cases, we may not be able to source specific components needed for the repair of older items. Hence, repairs are not possible in such cases.

  • All ARZO Couture Jewels products are handmade and require a high level of craftsmanship, not only during production but also for repairs.

  • To maintain quality standards, all repairs are handled exclusively in-house by our skilled artisans.

CARE INFORMATION:

At ARZO Couture Jewels, we take immense pride in the high quality, detailing, and fine craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is thoughtfully handmade and designed to last, but like all precious items, our jewellery also requires mindful care to preserve its beauty for years to come. To support you in maintaining the shine and elegance of your jewels, we provide a care card with every product. We kindly request all customers to follow these basic care guidelines to increase the longevity of their pieces:

  • Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, dust, and moisture.

  • Avoid contact with water, perfume, makeup, talcum powder, lotion, hairspray, or any other chemicals or liquids that may damage the surface or dull the finish.

  • After each use, gently clean your jewellery with a soft, dry cotton cloth to remove sweat, oils, or residue.

  • Always store each piece separately in air-tight ziplock pouches, squeezing out excess air to prevent tarnishing, fading, or scratching.

  • Avoid wearing jewellery while sleeping, swimming, or exercising, as this can strain delicate settings or cause breakage.

  • Handle your jewels with care, especially stone-set or enamel pieces, which are handcrafted and delicate.

These simple yet important steps will help ensure that your ARZO jewels remain just as radiant as the day you received them.

In compliance with courier and logistics regulations, certain items are strictly restricted or prohibited from shipping. This includes, but is not limited to, animals, bullion, currency, bearer negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones not offered by us, firearms or ammunition, human remains, pornographic content, and illegal narcotics or drugs. We adhere strictly to these regulations and do not process shipments containing any such prohibited items under any circumstances.
